Volunteer Resource Manager
The Volunteer Manager is responsible for the overall effective operation and evaluation of the Chapter’s Volunteer Program. As volunteers provide a critical resource for the organization, appropriate recruitment, thorough training, and effective and ongoing communications, recognition and stewardship is essential. An important part of this position is to maintain a high level of communication with staff, to ensure a clear understanding of Chapter needs for volunteers, maintain effective community relationships, and cultivate collaborative service efforts.
