
The Partners in Caring Project provides free services to family caregivers of adults with chronic diseases in the South County area of San Diego, also known as South Bay.
This program links you to the services offered by the Alzheimer’s Association, Southern Caregiver Resource Center, The George G. Glenner’s Alzheimer’s Family Center, Casa Familiar, Elder Law and Advocacy, and Jewish Family Services.
Free services include: Case Management . Caregiver Classes . Computer Lab . Respite Care . Support Groups . Legal Consultations . Home Modifications . Counseling
